Why would customers want Real Estate Consultants rather than salespeople?
Most Realtors do business as if they will never see or hear from those clients/ customers again! Because of that mindset, oftentimes customer service slips or discrepancies appear… they just want to get the deal done and move on to the next one. There was no time to build trust with that client and they are typically afraid of “losing them” to another Real Estate Agent, so they “have to get the deal done fast, regardless of the consequences.”
The way my team and I do business is based on a relationship with long term association in mind… not with just one transaction in mind. Since the beginning of my Real Estate career in 1986, I have proven my clientele that I have their best interest in mind and over the years they have given me their loyalty. Because of this different philosophy the pressure is off! My team and I work with our vendors, sellers and purchasers for as long as they need to make them feel comfortable with the home buying and selling process.
We tell the truth and live with the consequences. Again and again, we’ve found that people prefer to work this way. Our concern is about our client’s well-being, their goals and what is best for them always! There is never pressure to anyone to sell now or buy now or to do anything that is not according to their schedule… it MUST be what’s best for our client! Because these people have dealt with us in the past, and have seen first-hand the high level of service and commitment provided to our clients, there is a very high level of trust. That means: trust in integrity, level of skill and market knowledge to do the best job possible and the commitment to put the needs and requirements of clients first!
Lots of business is referred to us, which means providing referred clients with the same level of service they deserve, require, and expect. We ask you for your long term loyalty and support. You know you can always count on us to give you unbiased, professional, personal service… that is how we all win… by perpetuating the circle of referrals, spending more time counseling clients and making sure that their every need is met.

One form of differentiation is my commitment to my profession through education. I have earned the CRS designation. The CRS or “Certified Residential “Specialist” is a realtor who has earned certification from the Council of Residential Specialists by completing a rigorous course of advanced training, and by meeting significant experience requirements. One of the best ways to have potential new clients learn more about us is by reading about or talking to other people who have enjoyed our services. I have set up a Happy Client List with copies of letters or portions of letters dating back to 1986. I can make this available to you. People feel better when they learn that other people have had good experiences with us.
A second way to differentiate ourselves is by offering “Legendary Quality Service” to our customers and clients. The Watson Realty Corp. philosophy of “Legendary Quality Service” is just one way we raise the bar on quality which all in the service industry should aspire. Many times when a real estate agent lists a property, the owner may not hear from them until the listing needs to be renewed or reduced. You can see how owners can object!
Not a good way to do business!! In addition to email, letters, messages on your recorder, faxes, you get in writing a status report on the marketing and progress of your listing.
